How to Feel Enough Before Reaching My Goals
Quote from Guest on February 8, 2025, 12:44 pmHey everyone,
Lately, I’ve been struggling with this feeling that I’m not enough because I haven’t reached my personal and professional goals yet. I know deep down that I have value as I am, but it’s like my mind won’t let me fully believe it.
There’s always that voice telling me, “You still need to fix your self-esteem, set better boundaries, improve yourself first—then you’ll be enough.” But if I keep waiting to feel worthy after I accomplish everything, won’t I always be chasing something?
How do I embrace the present and feel “enough” now, while still striving for growth? Any Stoic wisdom or personal experiences would really help!
Looking forward to your thoughts.
